Set Up Your Profile

Access Your Profile

To open your profile settings:

1. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation
2. Or tap your name/avatar in the top right corner

Essential Profile Settings

Set Your Timezone

Your timezone is used for accurate timestamps on maintenance entries and flight logs.

1. Tap Timezone
2. Select your current timezone from the list
3. Tap Save

Add Your Digital Signature

Create a signature for signing off on maintenance entries.

1. Tap Signature
2. Draw your signature with your finger or stylus
3. Tap Clear to start over if needed
4. Tap Save when satisfied

For Mechanics: Add Your A&P Certificate

If you're an A&P mechanic, add your certificate number:

1. Scroll to A&P Certificate Number
2. Enter your certificate number
3. Tap Save

Your certificate number will be automatically included when you sign maintenance entries.

Additional Settings

Profile Visibility

Control whether other users can find you when adding team members:

• Searchable: Other users can find you by email or phone
• Not Searchable: Only people you share aircraft with can see your profile

Update Your Name

Change your display name anytime:

1. Tap Name
2. Edit your first and last name
3. Tap Save

Change Your Phone Number

Update the phone number associated with your account:

1. Tap Phone Number
2. Enter your new phone number
3. Tap Save
4. Verify the new number with the SMS code

Change Your Password

Update your password for security:

1. Tap Change Password
2. Enter your current password
3. Enter your new password twice
4. Tap Save

View Your Subscription

Check your current subscription tier and usage:

1. Tap Subscription on the Profile screen
2. View your current plan (Ramp, Club, Professional, etc.)
3. See usage limits for aircraft, PDF exports, and OCR scans
4. Tap View Plans to upgrade

New accounts start on the free Ramp tier with one aircraft and basic features.

With your profile configured, you're ready to:

• Register your first aircraft with the FAA wizard
• Create maintenance entries with your digital signature
• Invite team members to collaborate
• Log flights and track component hours
